The rooms are clean, cozy, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a high level of customer service. the breakfast and dinner options are varied and delicious.
One negative aspect is that the hotel does not offer a free safe in the room.

Excellent staff, especially reception girl, helpful with English. Large, clean rooms with comfortable beds and daily cleaning. Delicious breakfast and dinner with great city and beach views. Convenient location near airport and beach, with easy access to city center by bus. Will definitely return.

The Zel Hotel in Antalya was perfect! The personal service was really good, and the food was delicious. We loved having dinner on the top floor with its panoramic view, and breakfast by the pool was a great start to the day. The hotel's location was fantastic, with the beach just a 3-minute walk away and convenient access to the bus station and supermarket. We appreciated the daily room cleaning and towel changes, as well as the complimentary water in the mini bar.

This hotel really surprised me with its value for money. For the price we paid, the stay was definitely worth it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we even had a balcony to enjoy the sea view. The basic amenities were provided and we were able to request an extra bed, which was a great convenience. Additionally, the breakfast included in our stay was quite nice, offering a wide selection of food to start our day.
Despite the overall positive experience, there was one aspect that could be improved. The internet connection in our rooms was not good, which was a bit frustrating.
